Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Connect platform and website (glconnectleads.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Platform Use for Pros

• Pros agree to use leads exclusively for legitimate business purposes
• Pros must comply with all applicable telemarketing laws, including the TCPA
• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing leads obtained through the platform is strictly prohibited
• Pros are responsible for their own compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Pros acknowledge that AI-powered features (AI Calls, AI SMS, Appointment Sync) act on their behalf and agree to ensure all AI-initiated outreach complies with applicable laws
• Pros are responsible for reviewing and managing AI call outcomes, appointments, and follow-ups from their dashboard

5. Platform Use for Lead Providers

• Providers must deliver leads that are exclusive or semi-exclusive and generated through compliant, consent-based methods
• Providers must ensure all leads include verified, accurate contact information
• Providers must comply with TCPA and all applicable data privacy regulations
• Global Connect reserves the right to reject, pause, or terminate any provider account for quality violations

6. AI-Powered Features

• AI Calls, AI SMS, and Appointment Sync are platform features available based on your plan
• The AI acts on behalf of the pro and represents their business during outreach
• AI interactions may be recorded and stored for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and platform improvement
• Global Connect does not guarantee specific outcomes, response rates, or appointment show-up rates from AI-powered features
• Misuse of AI features, including using them for spam, harassment, or non-compliant outreach, may result in account suspension or termination

7. Payments and Billing

Pro subscription fees are billed monthly. Lead purchases are deducted from your platform wallet. All payments are non-refundable except where explicitly stated in our refund and dispute policies. Provider payouts are made according to the terms agreed during onboarding.

8. Lead Disputes

Pros may dispute leads that do not meet quality standards (invalid contact info, duplicate, outside service area). Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. Global Connect will review disputes and issue credits at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Global Connect platform are owned by Global Connect LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Interfering with platform operations or security
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Reselling or redistributing leads to third parties
• Using AI features to conduct outreach that violates TCPA or any other applicable law
• Manipulating platform analytics, performance data, or quality scores

11. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Global Connect makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or lead quality guarantees. We do not guarantee specific results, close rates, appointment show-up rates, or revenue from using the platform or its AI-powered features.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Connect LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-powered outreach, lead quality, or missed appointments.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Connect LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your use of AI-powered features, or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

Global Connect may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
